Allan graduated from Nanyang Technological University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree. Since then, he has embarked on startup projects varying from microbial research to biodegradable plastics. In 2005, he was awarded the Spirit of Enterprise Award by President Mr. S R Nathan for his enterprising spirit and his efforts in promoting the enterprising spirit to the youth.Allan has served as panel judges for Startup@Singapore business plan competition and has mentored youth groups hoping to start enterprises in Singapore.

 

 

 

 

Jack Ling

Jack spent a decade in the film & television industry before joining Alpha Biofuels’ management team in 2008. An award winning producer, Jack produced various types of programmes from children’s animation series to television dramas to sports documentaries. Jack was a pioneering adopter of Alpha Biodiesel. In September 2007, Jack drove his Land Rover on a 3 day camping trip into the Malaysian rainforest, running exclusively on Alpha Biodiesel. He wanted to enjoy nature while at the same time being environmentally friendly. Jack is a graduate of the National University of Singapore.
